With a split doubleheader in Wilson on Wednesday night, the Fayetteville SwampDogs secured the second seed in the eight-team Petitt Cup Playoff tournament.

With a top-four finish, the Dogs will host a playoff game on Sunday, August 5th at 7:05pm, and would host a decisive game three on Monday, August 6th at 7:05pm if necessary.
